		<description>Bullying activity may indeed send someone to prison.  I can assure you that the bullying does not stop because the offender is behind bars. Bullying goes on inmate to inmate; inmate to staff and staff to inmates.  Staff to staff bullying is not unheard of, either.  It has happened that staff to visitors bullying can take place with alarming frequency and it, too, can be insidious or overt.

IF ONLY mankind could respond to the God spark that resides within each heart, bullying could become a non issue.  

We might begin with forgiveness...
