It has been an eye opening week with several well known people’s death. First there was Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson; and today, it was announced that televisions pitch/ad-man Billy Mays has passed away. With all of the media television programs, old interviews re-broadcast and such…there is a strong demand for information; but, I wondered, why do so called friends and family speak out about private information after that person passes?
Out of those deaths that were mention in the previous paragraph…one stands out for excess information coming forward. Michael Jackson’s death had almost an immediate response of speculation about the reason for his death; immediately, close personal friends and not so close friends and family were speaking out about their concerns about his alleged drug addictions….his private financial difficulties , personal relationships, and other issues.
We’ve all seen it before…this won’t be the last of it. It seems that the larger the celebrity the more that people cant wait to tell their secrets. Soon there will be a sad and shocking selling of memorabilia. There will be more disclosures as time goes on…some of it will be shocking I am sure. What do you think makes these confidantes speak out with information, that otherwise the public would not be privy to?

Family, friends or whoever that speak out about private issues after the death of celebrity. I do not know why they are called family, friend or whatever. I see then more as people looking for there 15 minutes. Why speak out now, like in Michael Jackson case, talking about his alleged drug addiction. Maybe they should had spoked up or done something went he was alive, not for Michael Jackson, but for his three children.
Talking after the death of a celebrity, It’s only so they can get there 15 minutes nothing else. It’s little too late. Like they say some people will do anything for money or to get there 15 minutes.
